The class uses techniques learnt from neuroscience research, passed down indigenous wisdom and the joy that if felt on the dance floor - beautifully combining the new, the old and the primal.
We will use a combination of techniques used by many disciplines such as breathing techniques (breathwork) , tapping (EFT) , pressure points, and nervous system regulation
techniques to create sensations in your body and re learn the subtle messages your body gives to you.
Everything we do in this class from start to finish is to music and you are encouraged to move all the way through it, to keep you in flow.
This practice is adaptable for all abilities and is for everyone.
You also have a choice to have your camera on or off during the class. Everything is an invitation.
