The purpose of this class is to get you out of your mind and allow you to sink deep into your body. I will guide you as you check in with your body from your feet up to the crown of your head. Reminding your beautiful body you are one and you are whole. Each class we will work on areas of the body that hold on to stress and tension and we will release.
The class uses techniques learnt from neuroscience research, passed down indigenous wisdom and the joy that if felt on the dance floor - beautifully combining the new, the old and the primal.
We will use a combination of techniques used by many disciplines such as breathing techniques (breathwork) , tapping (EFT) , pressure points, and nervous system regulation techniques to create sensations in your body and re learn the subtle messages your body gives to you.
Everything we do in this class from start to finish is to music and you are encouraged to move all the way through it, to keep you in flow.
This practice is adaptable for all abilities and is for everyone.
You also have a choice to have your camera on or off during the class. Everything is an invitation.
